Alcatel 6045 One Touch leaks with a 64-bit Snapdragon 610

A new Alcatel smartphone with a 64-bit processor has bee spotted at the GFXBenchmark database. Dubbed One Touch 6045, the phone sports a Snapdragon 610 chipset with a 1.5GHz quad-core Cortex-A53 CPU and 2GB of RAM. GFXBenchmark is reporting the device's display to be 13.7" in size, but that's likely a mistake. Nevertheless, the exact size of the display is unknown, but its resolution is 1920 x 1080 pixels. The rest of the specs include a 12MP main snapper and a 7MP front-facing camera, both recording 1080p video. There's 8GB of internal storage, which is likely to be expandable via a microSD card slot. The Alcatel One Touch 6045 ran Android 5.0.2 during the testing. We should know more about the Alcatel's upcoming mid-range smartphone at the Mobile World Congress - the company is holding its event on March 1. Source | Via View the original article here

HTC One (M9) leaks out dressed in gold

Live photos of the upcoming HTC One (M9) made the rounds online yet again. This time around, the upcoming flagship from the Taiwanese manufacturer posed for the camera in gold color scheme. Right in line with past leaks, the live photos once again allow us to catch a glimpse of the large squarish cutout for the handset?s camera. The latter is said to be a 20.7MP unit, coupled with a 4MP UltraPixel front-facing snapper. Furthermore, the latest batch of leaked photos reveal the inside of the device?s machined metal body. The grey bits we see are reserved for the smartphone?s wireless antennas. HTC One (M9) will make its official debut in less than a month, on March 1 in Barcelona. Two variants of the flagship are expected - One (M9) and One (M9) Plus. Both variants will pack Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 SoC, 3GB of RAM, and Android 5.0 Lollipop. New JB ROM for the international Galaxy S III leaks, flash at your own risk

Posted in: Android, Mobile software 16 hours ago by Johnny Just a couple of days after the last Jelly Bean-ed Touch Wiz update for the international Galaxy S III leaked we got a new one. The new build, version XXDLH6, is available for download and is flashable via ODIN. The official update can’t be far behind these unofficial leaks with the most likely scenario pointing to it getting announced at the IFA floor at the end of the month. You can download the Jelly Bean update over at the source link but keep in mind that it isn’t official yet so installing it voids your warranty and if you don’t know what you are doing you might brick your device. The final version of Windows 8 leaks online

Posted in: Windows August 3rd, 2012, 14:13 by Kyle Just yesterday Microsoft announced Windows 8 is finally ready and released to manufacturing. Today its Enterprise N version is all over the torrent servers. The N version stands for a stripped down version, which lacks the Windows Media Player – a requirement ruled by the European Commission 8 years ago. The leaked ISO is for the x64 version of the Enterprise N editions (there might be x86 somewhere too) and is not bootable. This means you must start the installation under Windows. There was another leak yesterday for the 32-bit standard version of Windows 8, but I have my doubts it might be fake. Anyway, it is now confirmed that the final build is 9200. I recommend you stay away from these early leaks for various reasons – they require activation so they might work only for a few (3-30) days, they might have some nasty viruses and also because one thing is for sure – come October, you’ll have to re-install Windows all over again. Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 advertisement leaks online

A 30 second advertisement showing off the multitasking capabilities of the Galaxy Note  in addition to other features is now available online. A modeling agency, Step Management, has uploaded the video online showing the tablet being used in a business environment. Unfortunately the video does not shed light on the release date, specifications or the price. The video focusses on the tablet being used with a variety of apps like Multiscreen and Shape Match to create a pie chart from a free hand drawing. The specs of the tablet are expected to include the 1.4Ghz quad core processor from the Galaxy SIII along with 1GB RAM. The 10.1? tablet is believed to include a slot for the S Pen. With the upcoming Samsung event scheduled for 15th August, we expect the Note 10.1 to be a major contender for the products to be launched. Video embedded below.
