Sony Xperia M4 Aqua spotted ahead of its official unveiling

A Sony Xperia M4 Aqua is expected to join the Xperia Z4 Tablet at the MWC announcement and though that's not for a couple of days, the phone couldn?t elude the paparazzi any longer. Two photos show a classic Xperia design with a lot of similarities to the Xperia M2 Aqua. The phone is most likely the Sony E2303 that has leaked before, which would mean a 5.2" 720p display, Snapdragon 615 chipset running Android 5.0 Lollipop and a 13MP main camera and 5MP selfie camera, both shooting 1080p video. Benchmarks unfortunately can't tell us the IP rating, but the Xperia M2 Aqua has IP68, making it dust tight and able to survive dives up to 1.5m for half an hour. Thanks to the CoolKid for sending this in! Source View the original article here

Now Android 5.1 spotted running on 2nd gen Moto G

Although Google has revealed the existence of Android 5.1, and there have even been reports that the new version is already being rolled out in Android One markets markets like Indonesia, it isn?t yet clear when the update will roll out for other Android devices. However, that might happen soon, as a 2nd gen Motorola Moto G (shown above) has been spotted running Android 5.1. According to a report from Techdroider, ?the build seems to be of 2nd Feb and may be Motorola is still testing it.? Given that neither Motorola, nor Google has confirmed this, and the image was forwarded by one of the website?s followers, the news should be taken with a healthy pinch of salt, though. Acer Iconia Tab A110 spotted once again, this time running Jelly Bean

Posted in: Android, Tablets 19 hours ago by Prasad We first saw the Acer Iconia Tab A110 couple of months ago in June. Back then it seemed like a really good tablet for the $200 price tag but we haven’t heard from it since, especially after the launch of the Nexus 7. Now it has surfaced again, this time courtesy of an online UK retailer Ebuyer. What’s more important is that now it seems to be running on Jelly Bean. The images show a striking resemblance to the Nexus 7 UI, down to the placement of the keys below the display and the notification bar on the top, something that you will find only on the Nexus 7 in the Android tablet world. Not that it’s a bad thing. Other specs remain the same as before. You still get a quad-core, 1.2GHz NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor, 7-inch, 1024 x 600 resolution display, 8GB internal memory with microSD card slot and HDMI out. There is no mention of the price this time but hopefully Acer will stick to the sub-$200 price tag that they previously promised. So...
