Midnight Black OPPO N1 coming soon

OPPO will soon launch a new color version of its N1 phablet. The upcoming Midnight Black Oppo N1 has been caught in the wild and should start selling any day now. Or so we think. The device comes in “dark blue” color, rocking the same specs as the “regular” white model. These include Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 600 quad-core chip, 2GB of RAM and that awesome swivel camera with 13-megapixel sensor. Chances are this black (dark blue) N1 will also be available with CyanogenMod ROM pre-installed though we can’t be 100% certain. Also worth noting is that Oppo already has few different special edition devices, including a that model with CyanogenMod branding as well as N1 Pepsi Edition which isn’t available to the general public… [Via: GizChina] Dusan has been using smartphones since their introduction and is now following the latest trends in the industry. The "convergence" is what he's most excited about, and writing about it is the next logical thing to do. He thinks that using ...

Steve Litchfield compares the cameras Nokia Lumia 1520 against the 1020

Steve Litchfield over at AllAboutWindowsPhone has put the Nokia Lumia 1520 against the Nokia Lumia 1020. The Nokia Lumia 1520 looks great. Seeing what the 1020 can produce however, just shows how good a camera they’ve packed in the 1020. Xenon’s crispness is also a must for me, though I am surprised (as was Steve) how clear the ‘movement’ shot is in Steve’s pic that 500ml in the bottle is readable (for LED). Can you imagine one day should ‘Nokia’ get LED as good as their xenon? A neat point Steve makes is how the 1520's camera will be seen in many more models (as per the 920). This would be great as it sees the general Nokia level of cameras rise all over again. Instead of having one super camera phone (e.g. N8 camera and then E7/E6 camera) for that year, you have several fantastic ones ones. http://allaboutwindowsphone.com/features/item/19120_The_Lumia_1520_stills_camera_h.php Cheers Alvester for the tip! Review: Updated: Sony PS4

Introduction The PlayStation 4 is the most powerful games console on the planet. With more graphical power than the Xbox One, 32 times more system memory than the PS3 and a firm focus on pure gaming experiences rather than media mojo, it has established itself as the next-gen console to beat. It's a games console built by gamers for gamers. It won the hearts and minds of many from the word go, with lots of prospective next-genners left feeling alienated by some of Microsoft's bizarre policies and choices for the Xbox One – many of which were reversed as a result of a backlash. Coming in at $549.95, the PS4 is also $50 cheaper than the Xbox One, making it appear terrific value. It doesn't come with the PlayStation Camera (the One does come with Kinect) but this can be bought separately for $89.95 if you so wish. Why the PlayStation 5 could be the cheapest games console ever The differences between the PS4 and Xbox One are actually evident before you even switch them on. Des...
