SweetCam Lets Users Look Better Beyond their Imagination

Cupertino, California – iPhone, iPad and iPod touch users searching for a fun, fast, easy and effective way to enhance their portrait photos can now download the new free photography app SweetCam, and look better beyond their imagination. Easy-to-use, anyone can quickly enhance their photographs with a single click and automatic face-detection and in-built algorithms do the rest to create wonderful looking photographs.

Using special high-quality filters, SweetCam lets users improve the aesthetics of any portrait photo, so that it looks more attractive and luminous. For example, users can add visible extensions to the eyes, slim down the face, or add a natural, lighter glow to the completion and skin tone. They can also apply a variety of cool pre-set filters, such as “elegant” and “hazy” to add even more style, elegance and sweetness to their photos.

Plus, users can convert their enhanced photos and share them with friends, or upload them to the app’s “Photo Wall” and invite others to leave comments. They can also instantly share photos via Facebook and Weibo, with Twitter, Tumblr and Instagram integration coming soon.

“SweetCam is designed to make anyone look better, beyond their imagination!” commented Mohua of Shange-Qu Network. “And best of all, SweetCam’s intuitive interface is so easy to use, and no design or photo re-touching skills are necessary. Users simply take a photo with their camera or select a photo from their album, and SweetCam’s powerful detect and distort technology does the rest in a matter of seconds. It’s a fun, fast, easy and effective way to look sweeter!”

We still don’t have the official announcement, but details keep coming.,, The latest information (or that’s confirmation) comes from Meizu Russia, which says that Meizu engineers are in fact working on an Ubuntu version of the Meizu MX3. It is said that Meizu will use Ubuntu as its ticket to the US market later in the year. At that time, we may also see either a revamped MX3 model or the whole new MX4 smartphone that will sport even better hardware under the hood.
