The managing director – Bruno Dornbierer – of Demodit GmbH, the company that is responsible for the app: “Users are taking increasingly advantage of social networks to manage private and business contacts. For this reason we have equipped our app with additional interfaces to accommodate those services. Version 2.2 is now able to incorporate birthdays from the business networks LinkedIn and XING. The private networks Facebook and VK have always been supported. Thanks to the diversity of sources that “BirthdaysPro” taps into, no birthday will ever be overlooked again.

“BirthdaysPro” 2.2 features a neatly arranged birthday and contact list:
The app “BirthdaysPro” compiles a neatly arranged birthday list. It is sorted by date and may be viewed by the month. Each individual on the list will be brought to the attention of the user, including their name, a photo (if available), their birthday, the remaining days until the birthday and the current age.

Additionally, all contacts will be displayed in an alphabetical list. LinkedIn and XING contact details will include information such as phone numbers and e-mail addresses, making it easy to quickly get in touch with business partners via BirthdaysPro. “BirthdaysPro” will gladly send out up to two reminder messages for each upcoming birthday, making sure that they will not be overlooked – even if the user forgets to start the app regularly.

Bruno Dornbierer: “Our app now supports a data exchange via Bluetooth, allowing the user to synchronize their “BirthdaysPro” data easily with a secondary device.
